How long does shipping take?

We strive to package and ship all in-stock items on the same day your order is placed. For custom-built products like the AVP Flow Boss, please allow 3–5 business days for assembly, depending on current inventory levels. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, if you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our products, feel free to reach out to us directly — we may be able to assist with special requests.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, local pickup is available by appointment in the Palm Beach County, Florida area. Please contact us after placing your order to schedule a convenient pickup time.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. CUSTOMIZE ITEMS ARE NOT RETUNABLE 

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact us immediately. Once an item has shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Do you offer warranty or replacement parts?

Yes. Most AquaVanta Pro components include a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Warranty does not cover misuse, modification, or normal wear. Replacement parts are available for purchase separately. Reach out to us for support.

How do I wash out or maintain my pump?

All AVP soft wash pumps come with a QR code on the label linking to a step-by-step video tutorial on proper wash-out and maintenance. We recommend rinsing the pump with fresh water after every use to extend its lifespan.

Can I preorder the Flow Boss or other AVP units?

Yes. Some of our products are made in small batches, so availability may be limited. If you’d like to reserve a unit in advance, join our early access list or contact us directly.

How do I know what size fittings or accessories I need?

Each product listing includes specs and compatible sizes. If you’re unsure, feel free to send us a message with your setup details — we’re happy to help match the right fittings and components.
