🕒 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
📩 How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at Aquavantapro@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Any photos or supporting info if applicable
If your return is approved, we’ll provide:
- The return address
- Instructions on how to send it back
⚠️ Do not send items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.
🔧 Damages & Issues
Please check your items upon delivery.
If there’s any damage, a defect, or if you received the wrong product, email us right away so we can make it right.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Sale items or gift cards

Need something different?
Just return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order after your return is approved.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason.
Item must be unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
