📦 Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or delays with inventory, we will notify you via email.

 

 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location.

Expedited	2-3 business days
Local Delivery (if available)	1-2 business days

We ship within the United States. 

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the Bahamas, and Jamaica via UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged upon delivery.

📍 Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at Aquavantapro@gmail.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or file a claim if necessary.

🛠 Custom Orders & Pro Equipment

 

Custom-built or made-to-order products such as the AVP Flow Boss system or accessories may require additional processing time. Lead times will be communicated before shipping.
