At AquaVanta Pro, we stand behind the quality and performance of our professional soft wash equipment. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal operating conditions.

Warranty Coverage

12V Soft Wash Pumps & Complete Systems: 1 Year

  • 12V SOFTWASH PUMP (Pump Only)
  • 12V SOFTWASH PUMP (Complete Kit with Remote and Fittings)
  • Flow Boss Soft Wash System (All Configurations)

Electrical Components & Accessories: 6 Months

  • Power Cord – 12V Pump Plug (with 20A Fuse)
  • Wireless Remote Relay Switch – 12V, 30A with Dual Remotes

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Component failures under normal operating conditions
  • Premature wear that indicates a manufacturing defect

What Is NOT Covered

  • Misuse, abuse, or operation outside manufacturer specifications
  • Damage from improper chemicals, excessive pressure, or incorrect installation
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs
  • Normal wear items including seals, diaphragms, and check valves
  • Damage from improper storage, freezing, or environmental conditions
  • Commercial use beyond the equipment's rated duty cycle
  • Failure to follow proper maintenance procedures

Warranty Claims Process

  1. Register Your Product: Complete warranty registration within 30 days of purchase to validate coverage
  2. Contact Us: Email proof of purchase and description of the issue
  3. Inspection Required: We will evaluate whether the failure is covered under warranty terms
  4. Resolution: Covered items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion

Important Terms

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; we cover return shipping for approved warranty replacements
  • Warranty period begins on the original purchase date
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
  • Repair or replacement is at AquaVanta Pro's sole discretion

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AquaVanta Pro shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
