🛡️ Warranty Coverage
1-Year Limited Warranty:
- Pumps – All 12V soft wash pumps covered for 1 year
- Flow Boss Proportioners – Complete systems and components covered for 1 year
6-Month Limited Warranty:
- Wireless Remotes – Remote controls and relay systems covered for 6 months
- Power Cords – 12V power cords with fuses covered for 6 months
⚠️ 12V Pump Warranty Terms
Coverage: 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only.
Maintenance Requirement: Warranty is valid only when proper maintenance procedures are followed. Pumps must be rinsed with clean water for 5 minutes after every use. Detailed instructions are provided via QR code on product packaging and at https://youtube.com/shorts/-pes3eVlmFA.
Warranty is VOID if:
- Pump is not properly rinsed after each use
- Chemical buildup or residue causes damage
- Pump is used outside of specified parameters (pH 1–13, max 120 PSI)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs are made
What's Covered: Defects in materials, workmanship, or component failure under normal use with proper maintenance.
What's NOT Covered: Damage from chemical buildup, improper maintenance, misuse, or failure to follow provided instructions.
📋 General Warranty Terms
What's Covered:
- Defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period
- Replacement parts shipped at no charge during warranty coverage
- Coverage includes normal wear and tear from professional use
- No hidden fees or deductibles
What's Not Covered:
- Damage from improper installation or use outside of specifications
- Damage from freezing, chemical incompatibility, or physical abuse
- Normal consumable items (o-rings, seals) after 90 days
- Equipment modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- Email us at aquavantapro@gmail.com with your order number and description of the issue
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with troubleshooting steps or replacement authorization
- If a replacement is needed, we'll ship it out immediately (typically same or next business day)
- Return the defective part using the prepaid shipping label we provide

Your warranty may expire, but our support never does. Every AquaVanta Pro customer gets lifetime access to our technical support team.
